Terms and Conditions

Although the following terms and conditions may seem very comprehensive and daunting all reputable wedding car company will have something similar. It’s there to ensure your day goes without a hitch.

The term 'customer' represents the person making the booking and agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

A deposit of £100 per car (non refundable should you cancel) is required to secures your vehicle(s) booking. The outstanding balance should be paid no later than 21 days before the hire period. Should you cancel less than 3 months prior to your wedding date you will be held liable for 50% of the outstanding balance however, should the vehicle subsequently gain a hire for this date your 50% balance payment will be refunded.

The total price payable will be quoted on the information that you have provided. We will make every effort to accommodate any alterations to the booking should this be required (i.e. change of venue, extra pickup, date etc.) however, should this entail extra mileage or time it may incur an additional charge.

Although our vehicles undertake only one wedding per day enabling us to give you our undivided attention it is anticipated that the hire time will be no longer than 3½ hours. Hire time will be deemed to have started at the agreed pickup time. Any over run of booked time due to alterations made on the day of hire must be paid for at the time of the rental in cash to the driver at £60 per hour.

Our vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained by a professional classic car specialist. However, due to their age responsibility cannot be accepted for unforeseen mechanical, electrical or material breakdown. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, every effort will be made for the immediate repair of the vehicle and if this is not be possible, a replacement vehicle will be supplied at no extra cost to you the customer. In the unlikely case that a vehicle cannot be provided a full refund will be offered.

Due to the age and nature of these vehicles seat belts are not required or fitted and therefore in line with legislation no child under the age of 4 years can travel in them.

Cool Classic Cars cannot accept responsibility for adverse weather/traffic conditions, accidents or acts by other persons/organisations on route or during the hire which may impact adversely on the hire period or missed connections/destinations.

Cool Classic Cars reserves the right at any time to change/replace/renew vehicle(s) booked or advertised in order to maintain the company's high standards, but will always consult with customers wherever possible.

Should any damage occur to our vehicles howsoever caused by the customer, other member/s of their party, ceremonial/traditional activity the hirer of the vehicle will be held completely responsible and liable for all costs incurred for repair, valeting, lost time/business.

Cool Classic Cars will not accept any liability for any damage to, loss of, belongings left in the vehicle by the customer or any of their party whilst using our services.

Cool Classic Cars reserve the right to refuse to wait in undesignated areas, dangerous/obstructing or where a parking fine could be imposed. Should the chauffeur be requested to wait in one of these areas, then the hirer is responsible for any fines incurred. All our chauffeurs abide by the current laws and regulations governing speed restrictions and will not break these. Under no circumstances will the vehicle carry more passengers than the insurance allows for that vehicle.

Cool Classic Cars operate a strict no smoking, no drinking policy within all of our vehicles. 

Cool Classic Cars reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle by any person (s) they deem unfit for whatever reason. In this event no refund of monies paid will be given.

Cool Classic Cars may take photographs at your event and use them for promotion of CCC. If you do not wish your photographs to be used, please advise us at time of booking.

The customer is responsible for completing and signing our booking form. This will be deemed that you the customer agree to these terms and conditions.
